The beautiful outdoor patio area served as a perfect spot for breakfast, complemented by a variety of tasty dishes that delighted the palate. The staff's warm hospitality and willingness to assist made for a memorable experience. However, navigating the winding stairs without an elevator was a challenge, especially for those with mobility concerns. Additionally, some cleanliness issues in the bathrooms detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Despite these drawbacks, the location's proximity to vibrant local life offered a unique experience.

Charming North African-style hotel with friendly staff.
I was appalled by the condition of the shower, which was riddled with mold, emitting a foul smell that made the whole experience grotesque. The stairs, without an elevator, became a nightmare for my older companion as they were winding and difficult to navigate. Plus, the surrounding area felt neglected, filled with discarded furniture and garbage that emanated an unbearable odor, giving a terrible first impression.

The hotel exuded charm with its comfortable rooms and a lovely courtyard where home-made sweets added a delightful touch to breakfast. However, the absence of an elevator made navigating the winding staircases challenging, particularly for guests with mobility issues. Additionally, the staff's English proficiency varied, which led to some communication hurdles during our stay. Still, the location offered easy access to the Old Port and local markets, enriching the experience.

Warm, welcoming staff and a tranquil garden for breakfast, which was fresh and delightful. Just a 10-minute stroll to the vibrant port and surrounded by great eateries, making it a convenient spot.
Some areas could benefit from a deeper clean, especially in the bathrooms.

Le Ryad Boutique offers a charming North African-style atmosphere with character and style. The staff is welcoming and attentive, making the stay feel personal and homely. The hotel is located on a quiet street but is just around the corner from excellent restaurants and the vibrant Vieux Port. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, adding to a relaxing experience.
The entrance street felt a bit dodgy.
